What to expect in a session:

1st Appointment
70–90 minutes
Your first visit gives us time to understand your health situation in depth. I will:
Take a detailed medical history and review any relevant records or lab results.
Carry out examinations and functional tests.
Begin treatment, tailored to your needs. Depending on your condition and preferences, I may use classical osteopathic techniques, chiropractic adjustments, or a combination of both. The choice of methods is always discussed and agreed with you.
Follow-Up Appointments
50–60 minutes
Subsequent sessions focus on continuing treatment and tracking progress. Many patients notice clear improvements after about three sessions, although the number of sessions varies depending on the individual situation.
My Approach
Personalised treatment:
No standard sequence, each session is adapted to your specific needs and health goals.
Osteopathy & Chiropractic:
I integrate both therapies where appropriate — gentle osteopathic techniques and, when indicated, precise chiropractic adjustments.
Holistic view:
In addition to manual therapy, I look at your overall health status, including lab reports and lifestyle, and provide a therapy plan where needed.
